One Day Milk Test

Saturday June 5th, 2004

Certificate awarded to the top producer in each breed. ADGA  rules shall govern.  All printed show rules apply unless otherwise stated  below.  Tattoos will  be checked against registration papers so be sure they are legible.  Only registered does may  complete (No Utility).  Papers must be shown to the test superintendent prior to the milk out.
Entries close at 7:30 pm Friday June 4th , 2004 and all does must be in place at that time. Milk out begins promptly at 8:00 p.m. Friday June 4th ,2004 .  All does must be milked dry and will be checked to be sure they are fully stripped.
Does will  be milked at 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on  Sat. June 5th , 2004 in the same order they were milked Friday evening.  These milkings will be weighed by the DHI tester and samples will be taken for butterfat test.
Does must remain on the fairgrounds until after the Saturday evening  milking.  Any doe leaving the grounds will be disqualified from the competition.
Does meeting the ADGA guidelines will be awarded  the *M designation
(formula takes into consideration the number of days fresh, pounds of milk, and pounds of butterfat.)
Please list freshening dates on the entry form with a M1
designation and the appropriate breed code. Entry fee is $8.00 per doe, which includes the DHI fees.
